All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 incur a flat shipping fee of $5.99. Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier website.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding international shipping and will announce when it becomes available.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Zenvora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at support@zenvora.com and we will do our best to assist you.
