Our Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zenvora purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To initiate a return, email us at support@zenvora.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zenvora.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened supplements or consumables, items marked as final sale, and digital products.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
